All The Wedding Band Shop jewelry is handmade in Ireland and features a hallmark stamp from the Irish Assay Office in Dublin Castle. Most rings are handmade to order and require about 10 day to work their way through the workshop and Assay office. We endeavour to fulfill all orders within 14 days, however since all our ring orders are individually cast we may occasionally require 21 days for delivery.

We do carry many rings in stock and can ship them overnight if required in a hurry. If you are working towards an imminent deadline please let us know by following up with an email after you order.

Shipping

The Wedding Band Shop offers four shipping options:

• Express Delivery: 1 - 3 days by FedEx at a cost of $25.00.
• International Air Mail: Costs $6.00. Delivery service take 5 - 7 days.
• Registered International Air Mail: Costs $9.00. Packages have tracking numbers and are traceable. Delivery service take 5 - 7 days.

• International Shipping (all countries except for USA, Canada, UK and Ireland): Please select the International shipping option at a cost of $8.00.

As soon as an order is shipped, we will notify you that is is on the way with a 'Delivery Confirmation' email.

Order Process
Our fully-secure checkout gives you the option of paying for your purchase by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

After you place an online order with The Wedding Band Shop you will receive an automated 'order confirmation' e-mail confirming that we received your order.

Note on America Express Transactions
American Express will charge the Dollar purchase amount in the equivalent Euro amount. This may result in a slight variation in the purchase amount as the charge reconciles back into Dollars overnight. We understand that this is a bit arkward, but hope that you will bear with us as this is the only way in which we can offer American Express from Ireland. The amount charged to you card will be slightly less or slightly more than the purchase price depending on whether the Dollar gains or falls against the Euro over the 24 hour reconciliation period.

Engraving Requests
We offer engraving at a cost of $2.00 per letter. To order engraving please contact us. Engraved items may not avail of our returns policy.

Return Policy & Exchanges

Return for Refund: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee for that item if is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. A credit will be issued to the customer's credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.

A 10% restocking fee applies for all wedding rings which are returned for a refund.

Return for Size Change: We charge a shipping and handling fee of $20 for resizing of wedding rings. This charge applies if we are able to resize the orginal ring. Usually we are able to resize rings up or down by one size without a problem. If we have to cast a new ring then the 10% restocking fee applies for the original ring.

On the customs declaration label please state:

"Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin."

Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and state action to be taken. If the return item is valued at more than $100 we suggest that you put a 'delivery confirmation' service on the package.

Shoppers from within the European Union
Under EU law you have the right to cancel your order without obligation for a period of 7 working days from the date of your order.
